Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

Send a deletion request through any of the channels below, including the name and phone number you previously provided so we can locate and verify your record:

• Email quesco.solar@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data deletion request”
• Message our Facebook page: QuescoSolar and state that you want your data deleted
• Call our team at 081-833-6612

2. What will be deleted

We will delete all identifiable personal data we hold, such as name, phone, email, address and conversation history, except data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting/tax records for completed transactions).

3. Timeframe

We will process the deletion and confirm back to you within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request, free of charge.
